Wendy Jane Carrel is a Film/TV/Internet Consultant, a Coach for Filmmakers (Writers, Directors, Producers), and a Buyer's Representative active in the U.S. domestic and international marketplaces. She has worked in the international arena since 1983 as a research analyst and strategist in development, packaging, marketing, and acquisition of films, as well as in production.

Ms. Carrel provides corporate and creative representation services for clients requiring a Hollywood or international presence. She also lectures, and produces or moderates seminars on digitial filmmaking, the Internet, international film finance and distribution, and opportunities for filmmakers in the global marketplace for film festivals, film organizations and educational institutions.

Ms. Carrel holds an M.A. in Film Journalism from UC, Berkeley and a degree from the Graduate School of International Relations, University of Stockholm. She is multi-lingual, has worked in 36 countries on 4 continents, and is an Emmy award-winning producer.

Wendy Jane Carrel regularly contributes detailed reports on film festivals and conferences to the Hollywood Network, from the American Film Market and the Toronto International Film Festival to DigitalHollywood and other industry events.
